IMS (Interpreter Management System) is an interpreter management system specifically designed for Language Service Departments in Hospitals. Predominantly a scheduling system for managing interpreters, we have purposely worked with key hospitals to develop IMS to be best of breed.
The journey started with Western Health, almost 10 years ago with assisting them to develop IMS for their needs. We are proud to also list Northern Health as one of our key clients of IMS and a great development partner. Primaxis IMS experts are currently working with other hospitals to implement and customise IMS on their behalf.
